Chalice is not going to spend 30+ millions on unexplored land when it can use that money to develop it's once in a century discovery they had already made. CUL's most recent drilling should be a wake-up call that not all you see is gold nickel and PGE in the region. CHN and TG's team arguably has the greatest knowledge of the Yilgarn Craton geology and moved early to secure themselves a huge (prime!) tenement portfolio already
