This is advertising they have been full bore at it for months and have numerous other conferences scheduled throughout the year as far away as Hawaii (in relations to US) it is the best advertising they can get, in front of "everyone" that matters, its called getting the job done, not pumping the stock. Advertise on the website? Get real, would be a waste of time and money, if they are on the website to find out about ReCell they are utterly unimportant when it comes to something like this.
