    Today was a blood bath on the markets, so the few that sold today will likely go to holders that have a longer term view here which means that there is less to go round now, when the markets start to turn I think NC1 will go off like a rocket!

    Good time to be accumulating for sure, discount season is in full effect thanks to up an coming US interest rate hike, Chinas Covid situation then the Russia/Ukraine war causing headaches over in Europe...
