They had approx 50M worth of cash costs excluding development or capex to produce 8.5 kt of copper. Do the maths mate.
The total costs wont come down, the only way for them to improve unit costs in any meaningful way is to improve revoveries and there will only be 10-20c/lb in that.
The way you guys do your math it's no wonder it went to 1.20
