Miro, my only conclusion there is that perhaps part of the scoping study testing in 2015 was done using L-max and this achieved 98% recovery but this was not disclosed then. The scoping study does not mention L-max anywhere.

A year later (2016), after discussions with LPD, they have disclosed that some initial testing was very successful and that initial plans were in place.

And now in 2017, management have deemed L-max not appropriate or unproven. Nothing wrong with saying that flotation recovery is 78% in the PFS. That's still 11.4% higher than what was disclosed in the scoping study ie. within the "10-15%" band that Juk eluded to earlier.
