I suspect this was a request by Czech Republic and form part of the agreement to get mining permits recently . We are still on our way Zulu , I think this is just a temporary gliche .

Agreed, the decision to put the crusher underground would have added to the Capex as did the associated underground conveying system and the stockpile. However, this might reduces the amount of trucks required and potentially reduce opex.
