What is lower risk about the roast? It is a common practice , like roasting Peanuts .

Used nowhere else? Roasting is used predominantly in China
Greater capex? Who cares really give or take a $100 Million
Higher maintenance? How do you compare that to WHAT ?
Less environmentally friendly? Possibly your opinion , I would rather the Czech republics .
100 odd meters long? Who gives a rats , we will make it 99 mtrs just for you .
