u are being a bit harsh. Most posters were speculating on whether the announcement would include the kwanza basin permits. That was what the excitement and high price forecasts were based upon. I dont think anyone was expecting 40c on the funding being agreed.
There will always be some pre announcement spec in a situation like that.
best not to take those too seriously who are second guessing what the announcement will be. Wait till it comes out and make your own decisions based on what you see.
