you can't take the 180k seller just out because this order is a capper. Typical pattern when someone want shares beneath a certan price. They cap it and collect the shares below the capper. We can only pray that ARU has an effective anti-takeover strategy. At the last AGM 16 mln shares would have made over 50% of total votes. With over 50% unidentified o/s and with the deep pocket Chinese likely to defend their monopoly an anti-takeover strategy isn't the worst idea. The Chinese spend billions for Aussie IO-companies and have already tried to take over Mountain Pass. Don't you think they may spend 100mln A$ in order to defend their REE monopoly? Would be a smart move by the Chinese.
