When you look at the research done with shRNA shown on this site you can see that even 2-3 years ago there was a fair amount going on. That being so, I wouldn't be surprised to see some clinical trails surface in the near future that are not currently on our (BLT supporters club) radar.
If a couple of these get announced along with BLT's own program, then 2012 should see steady upward pressure on the sp.
