Yes, with such an undervalued SP and a 23% rise in divdends and a 47% rise in NPAT why would people sell?
Is this below expectations, I hardly think so.
What other companies grow their profit year on year throughout the GFC?
I'm perplexed to why the SP has fallen 5% today.
Companies announcing huge losses have actually had their SP rise just becasue it was not as bad as Analysts anticipated.
It could all be down to TGR is a very small cap and out of the view of most mainstream analysts. Furthermore they still carry 33% of capital in debt, something that the market hates right now. I think they should have forgone the dividend and put it towards the balance sheet. This to me maybe the main gripe of shareholders.
