    Seems that they allowed 7Mill shares of the retail shortfall for those wants additional shares to minimise the dilution...and thy received applications for 7.6 Million shares...So a 600,000 over subscription here and subsequent scaleback...Hardly seems worth it for 60 Grand... This would just about be taken up in the admin costs of the scale back, for sure!
