Unfortunately the vast majority of CER property exposure is in the USA where the prices are recovering from big writedowns. Our regional centres and their tennats dont count for as much at the moment. Once 09 financials are out we should see an impovement in the sp as writedowns and finance costs have significanly reduced. Sp is so below NTA as many people were burned in the past, and it is incorrectly seen as a much more risky stock than reality suggests.
