    - Assumption is that IANG reset prefs convert to preference shares and become "perpetual notes".
    - dividends get paid ahead of dividends on IAG stock
    - using BBSW 6% and hold to say 15 Sep 2027, annualised rate of return is 12% (so return is 6% over BBSW); Holding as perpetual note and never redeeming ends up with yield of 10% per annum minimum or 4% over BBSW.
