You all know what is a Scheme of Arrangement, so that is very good. So Santos applying Scheme of Arrangement wirh consent of ESG.

"The acquisition of ESG will be conducted via a recommended Scheme of Arrangement (Scheme)under which ESG shareholders will receive 0.06803 Santos shares for every 1 ESG share held."

So ESG board is happy that they are doing right things for shareholders, as usual.
