I'm not against CR as said before but the the company is talking to potential partners as you would well know - and not just for the funding angle. That is the way it needs to be, for many obvious reasons. If nothing whatsoever eventuates on that front we are in trouble. But it's only 10 days since the Teva event which would have shocked a few players, so I think they need a bit of time to count up their marbles. Then I'm looking for some signals of confidence coming from a big move. It gets ignored on these forums but the equity world is a seething mass of insider information (not Motley Fool) and around the Bio - FDA - Cardio world people will be slowly getting a handle on the preferred way to go. And one more thing I wouldn't completely rule out Silviu leaving the stage.
Just my gut feelings.
