    I agree that buyers should not "rely on other offers appearing".
    If you buy now, probability of competing takeover is low but potentially enticing, probability of 4% return is very high, probability of deal failing exists (percent chance ???%)!
    I have decided to take the market price (maybe to fight another day with another stock, maybe just to reduce market holdings, maybe just given up on UXC Board, maybe to get my dear love something nice for Christmas)
