    I agree that a share buy back is a stupid idea.

    The company will have less cash left and so will need more money from the financing.

    Whoever is looking at the finance will refuse to buy at artificially inflated prices and will demand a bigger discount to the shareprice.

    If I was Azure, I wouldn't be happy.
