    Yes and it also neutralizes/controls the selling bot/s ...just look at how active it is...without the buying bot/WM we more than likely would continue to drift down leaving cheaper shares for the churn boys....but as it is currently, we too get to lick our lips with cream....and I bet they do not like it.
