Yeah but restricting that is negative for members as it restricts what AusSuper can invest your money in. These funds are benefitting from shorting, and so to are the members then who have exposure to these funds. The concern that the original poster had was that shares he held via his super were being lent out for the benefit of AusSuper, not him. Doesn't seem like this is happening though...
