The 'bots' are able to cross trade between 2 accounts at the same broker firm at half pips so it doesn't actually move price but makes it look like it is moving up while they are actually slowly dumping the stock. Or vice versa.
Ie. Cross trade a small amount at 1.3275 (between pips) and because it's slightly above the current selling price ($1.325) it looks green in the market depth, all the while the stock is slowly being sold off.
Manipulation at it's finest to keep price higher while selling, people see green and think the price is moving upwards when it's not until real orders are filled. Of course the opposite works too.
