Firstly, you are right Voyager is considered cheap at the moment
So, when an American Fund is buying Australian shares rather than possibly buying American Voyager Shares which again I assume they have been presented to in order to buy, that would tell me that there is going to be some sought of In Specie deal with EMR soon.
Assuming you then get a percentage of Voyager shares while Voyager price is low,it must be a better more profitable entry for them
Secondly the old board of EMR have a lot of shares in EMR
So they would and should be looking at the best deal for THEM and us
All makes sense to me!! What do you think?
