Hartleys suggested same in their report a couple of months back.
"We believe that, under US regulations, the Voyager stock held by EMR can be traded automatically after 12 months, or within 60 days upon grant of a special application. It is possible, if the discount on a look through basis is very steep, that this equity may be in specie distributed to EMR shareholders."
Yes, the old directors still have large shareholdings, as do a few of the old shareholders. Their interests are our interests.
Voyager will maintain the interest in the GRB, so we have the best of the deal. GRB and Bakken.
