Lets face it: DC Legal is a 2 bob legal firm. What is important is that BEN's request to throw M&K's suit out was not approved by the judge. He just did not like the statment of claim in its original format. Thsi thing is far from dead. It will be with BEN for may moons to come.
And 2 ... Hirst's comments are not helping investors. Most of these loans are not recoverable, no matter how much he insists they are.... This affair will cause a lot of misery and bad will for BEN. The claim that all investors are millionaires is ridiculous. The few investors who actually are will have safeguards in place to avoid payments and the others are simple mums and dads and will never be able to pay back.
