Now I am the first to admit that I am not the brightest spark. Explain this to me: There is no money to complete the 2008 projects. I reed this as "the projects have not been planted at all". If this is the case, then someone has taken the money raised from the investors and has used it somewhere else but for the dedicated project. Where I come from this is called fraud, which is a criminal offense normally punished with a stint at her majesty's.

What the heck is going on at GTP? Surely someone MUST investigate the way this business was run.
