I dont believe gold either. They have between .0025 and .003 in net assets . To that you would have some value for the shell (say $500k. ) that would add about .001 to the value. This makes an at best no spec value of .004 . Beyond this is speculation as to what will go into this shell. But I would assume anything at all would go into it as the present directors would leave. And as they have significant interests I again say they will not give the shell away (as it is also there asset). I dont think you could call it a lemon as it is effectively nothing at present
