Wrotham Park sale confirmed

Another of Great Southern Limited's cattle properties, Wrotham Park in northern Queensland, has been sold to Consolidated Pastoral Company for an undisclosed price.

Great Southern's receivers, McGrathNicol, confirms the property was sold for more than the passed-in price of $43 million Consolidated Pastoral offered at auction in June.

This leaves the failed managed investment scheme group with only Moola Bulla in the Kimberley region of Western Australia left to sell.

The receivers say that if current negotiations on that property are not finalised soon, it will be taken off the market and re-offered after the wet season.
