The article posted by Wooduck really does sum things up well , and you can easily see why the investor would want to be involved , an upfront tax deduction and a viable " green " project that produces a reasonable return ...What a good thing you are doing ? ..this is certainly how I felt about it .


Surely a bit of fine print at the bottom of the page is NOT enough . Nows the time that those who stood up and sold these products to the sales force ( advisors ) to be held to account .

Especially considering this is a taxation deferral , to pay tax you need income .
