    Hi Zachery,

    Its generally a big insto accumulating the stock, doing trades every ten seconds, a way to get set , without pushing the price too high, buying in 1000 lot trades.they may take all day but you've be surpirsed how stock they pick up in a day , this has been happening with this stock for weeks
