great stock but story poorly told

OK, I have changed the name of this thread because I don't want to be negative about value.
I just want to note that after such a brilliant effort by management to put through a complex and fantastic deal we seem to have lost something in the way it has been presented.
What is an essentially fantastic outcome has been lost in poorly presented public information.
Let's hope people take the time to read the deatial.
