Massive hype and shareholders money that got spent traveling to and from the UK (taking an army of senior execs & directors) to buy an insurance company that failed. And now they want to sell it. Great use of funds!
Just a typical mum and pop domestic insurer who chase premium growth at all cost not having a clue about insurance.
I am glad QBE didn't buy it.
