Sometimes i think there protecting shareholders and the s/p as to get some runs on the board in there client list,if you can imagine the spending to get this thing going would scare a few off..hard to see the big picture if your not sitting on the board.
Tend to think that capital raising will be only for the few now,as theres some great figures in client base that will attract the right investors long term.
