Agree TDT. I would like to take up the SPP very much and at this SP it starts to be attractive not just in terms of the future of GDN, but as you point out from an immediate SP/financial position. The SI's have taken the risk while the SP was lower and are obviously holding on, appears like they are not here to churn for a small % profit, but are holding and looking to the future.

I can imagine the company want the SP to be well over 2 cents, not just for the SH's to participate in the SPP and be happy to do so, but also it puts the options in the money which can only help fund future work.
