Let's see - sophs get to buy a share at face value ie 1.8cents plus get a FREE option.

Normal Mum and Dad holders get to buy the shares at 1.8 but NO cream and sugar - NO option. They could have done this at anytime in the last 2 years and generally at a lower price. Anyone queueing for the uptake??

Beans and Archie - unless someone is willing to prop up the SP with their hard earned, I would have my doubts this continued dilution will mean anything positive for the SP. If the 2nd tranche is approved - it equates to just over another 1/3 dilution.

So, initially a further 150mill shares plus 150mill free options but through a new broker - CPS. I wonder if the well ran dry at Otsana who were responsible for previous cap raisings?? Had their client base become too sophisticated for GDN??

Very simply they have actually only formally raised $2.7mill less brokerage - say $2.5mill left over yet the Ann announces Golden State raises $6mill. How is that not a blatant misdirection?? Also, no dates mentioned when they were/are asking for SH approval for the second tranche.

They will very much be sweating on SH approval Re the other 180mill shares because $2.5mill won't cut it in the Ukraine based on what other posters have implied needs to be done just to get exploration happening.

If the new Manager acumulates office/admin exploration costs as high as the previous Manager, then $2.5mill will hardly cover costs for the next 6-12 months!! Any costings been released on the much anticipated June spud??

So, once again, management have implied they have raised $6mill but when you look closely - very much a misrepresentation and actully only raised $2.5mill. Interesting they also still imply Golden Eagle to be an asset and yet the BLM has yet to grant GDN the license. More smoke and mirror innuendo - why is it neccessary if the Ukraine is going to be the saviour of GDN??

Thus far I can see no change in management practices from past to present management. Do your research on this one readers - trust no-one on this forum - so many past holders have been massively burnt punting on GDN and not doing enough research on what happens behind the scenes or past history of this little O & G explorer and believe me when I say there's been history!!

Of course, all just my opinion and read on things - DYOR!!

And yes Stocky is back asking the hard questions based on fact - not innuendo!!!
