I think you meant 30/9/11 - not 12.
Minor point, but otherwise I couldn't find a fault in there at all. And yes - Lynas need to have that, especially Nick, and Alistair Reid who is head of their "Shareholder Relations" (hah!)
When you think about it, the SMSL mob, Fuziah, Tan Bun Teet, Wong Tack, Jade Lee and the whole crowd have played Lynas like a violin string. And the delaying tactics will continue.
There seems to be an awful lot of hope resting on 8th November.... any money on further delays?
