The politicians are playing games for their own purposes.

All the carrying on on this thread!! From what I can see, Murf stated publicaly available information. Nothing new, just in a "collected" form. I'm sure the SMSL crowd know all this, assuming they can read. They may be a recalcitrant lot, but I'm sure they can read.

The TOL MAY be issued AFTER the Malaysian elections, maybe not. There are no guarantees.

As I have posted before,

Sell the plant in Malaysia to the Chinese, sell feedstock to the new chinese owners and with all the proceeds set up a new plant somewhere else more ameniable.

I stand by those postings and just wish Nick would take them seriously. If the Malaysians don't want us there, we should pack up and leave and build the plant elsewhere, before its too late. Leave them in the backwaters of technology and civilization.
