Yes because it appears the Jolla 'Lot' have a Broker or the 'like' working here to 'bash' the Share price down so they can max. out any conversion to Shares after RCP use their next la Jolla Convertiable Note or Notes, which has resulted in RCP as the cheapest Copper stock on the A.S.X.and a viable takeover or Merger Target. Sorry Mogg. that Your BTV Directors 'can't see past their Noses'.
Perhaps in the meantime the RCP Drilling Contractor is working for RCP on an Account Basis knowing that RCP can obtain Funds from this 'horriable' La Jolla 'Lot' via Convertiable Notes and if they find the Mr Bruce Morrin 'Pumpkin'with their Drilling then they may possibily accept a Share Issue from RCP in lieu of Cash.
The 'promissed' May 2010 drilling program etc.,'update' from RCP is awaited.
