Moly, unless you know something I don't? I cannot see that happening in the near term. Or, the take-over will be in the "Dump it now price" and burn the shareholders category. At the moment it is at the shares converting to cash then the shares are quickly dumped on the market stage.
RCP gets cash to squander and so does La Jolla to buy more later. And the long term die hard holders,,, well, they just lose their capital!! I have.

Less than 2 cents b4 5 cents is very plausible here.
