don't get me wrong, we don't pay everything and I do have a decline sitting on my desk at work for which i have to send a letter to the client - however they are not common.
we do actively look for ways to pay rather than not to pay, its probably the reason wesfarmers insurance side of business has never been a hugely profitable venture - they make far more from the coal mines and Bunnings. the insurance side is profitable, we don't do make anywhere near the profits the other parts of the business make - nowhere close. coz people like me keep issuing chqs - having said all that, our client rentention rate, is ... extremely high
