I reboot my machine every morning and do a cleanup which is usually enough to keep things running smoothly.

I couldn't do CMC trades the other day and eventually rebooted and found there was a stack of MS updates ready to install which I suspect was my problem.

I believe I probably have too many tasks or sub modules loading up at start up that are redundant.

It was suggested to me to deactivate all and reactivate one at at time which seems laborious.

The last thing I want to do is re format my computer and reinstall. That would take me days.

Any suggestions and I did try a registry cleanup one time that only made things worse.
