couldn't agree more there are great buying to be had at the moment, fundamentals haven't changed one bit. We all know that there is a supply/demand imbalance happening and will only continue to get worst for the next few years.
Especially with EV and storage battery uptake increasing throughout the wider community. There are articles everyday talking about these new technologies and how they will disrupt the current ways of how we will live.
