    yes those are figures straight outta China

    they are pretty close to being accurate although not 100%

    China is playing tactics to lower copper prices

    they are worlds biggest importer of copper but they have accumulated a lot of stockpiles that they might just wait it out for copper prices to drop then bulk massive copper import again
