Simonds Group is a far to cheap at this price. Simonds will sell off BAA in the future as it isn't a part of the core business that being developments/home building. i cant understand how the company is trading at such a low price, i guess that when the results are released we will see a shift in the SP for the company. the biggest issue is the trading volume, or lack of in this case there doesn't seem to be much interest in the buying side.
