Yep the debt burden here is a major issue - interest and principal service pretty much wipes out all their earnings, no free cash flow generation
Also a worry for me is the massive Madison Dearborn stake - they are out of escrow and could sell down at any moment which would be pandemonium for the share price.
Whilst Megan Wynne has bought recently she has also sold big chunks historically (most recently March, i think) and I also see risk of her selling putting pressure on the price.
I will have another look when its back at $1.70ish which I suspect could be soon given how markets / rate talk is looking. Dont see any reason for institutions to own this stock at the moment.
