Along with the weird share loan deal, I suspect Andrew Mortimer are trying to get the SP down as part of an arrangement with Zulu so that there first capital injection is done at a low price.
Only reason I can of as to why the company is seemingly undermining share holder confidence its constant negative actions.
Anyway great potential assets - crap managment, we'll see what wins out.
