I totally agree with your assessment. I topped up last week. ROC must be one of the best value oil stocks around at the moment and into the foreseeable future. Once investors get over their negative view on ROC that has stemmed from their BMG fiasco a few years ago and look at the facts and their balance sheet then we will see some rapid increase in ROCs share price.
