To be exact they have 1,498,289,072. That's 1.48 billion - not billions. Yes it's a lot, but it's relative to market cap -

Market cap: 19,477,758 That's $19.477 million.

I agree there is some ramping going on, but I just suggest if you feel that negative about the stock, put it on your watch list.

Come back in a few months and compare notes!

You may call it pump n dump. There is some evidence to suggest it's a company with a new direction. Suggest you go through the last 10 months of reports etc and see if this makes sense. If not - don't invest.
