Some positive intel to share. I noticed a few weeks back now that the chilled cheese hampers were suddenly showing all sold out and at one point the category was withdrawn. I emailed shareholder services to see what was happening. There were only 2 possibilities. Either 1, something had gone wrong with the rollout out or 2, there was an unexpected high demand. I received a response to my query yesterday and am pleased to report it was the latter – the initial launch was so popular they sold out and had to wait for more stock to come in. Now back in stock and I'm told selling well again.
