Is it possible JG has already made an agreement with an institution to purchase any unconverted OA's ?

Would the institution keep a lid on the SP to ensure they obtain as many as possible

With 56 million OA's waiting to be converted. They can't all buy sub 5 cents and let their options expire. Some may get in early and do so. Others need to make the decision as to whether they want to continue holding in myg. I'm sure if the SP is above 5 cents they will all be converted even if only to recoupe what they can.
