SimpleSimon, are you sure about the ranking of the Sandstorm debt? I thought it ranked equally with any bank debt. Its a critical point you raise. In regards the 70% debt I don't agree. I think a 30% equity 70% debt ratio wouldn't be an issue in the past anyway, although times are very fluid in regards bank lending appetite for all business lending let alone mine PF.
